If you clicked on this tab, you might be wondering why we’ve dedicated a specific space for female-led adventures. Let’s be clear...this isn't about being exclusive or making any specific statement. We love the mountain community as a whole, and Joe is just as passionate and dedicated to supporting our female clients as Tracy is!
 

However, we know the reality. The mountaineering and climbing world can sometimes feel incredibly intimidating, male-dominated and fast-paced, especially when you’re looking at mountain leader training uk for the first time. For many women, taking that first leap into scrambling, navigation or higher-level qualifications comes with unique mental and, at times, perceived physical barriers. We are here to dismantle those barriers and champion women to feel confident in this environment.

Encouragement without ego...

We believe that when women train with other women, the dynamic changes - egos vanish and pressure disappears. This creates an environment where you can:

  • Learn at your own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment.
