Joe's interest in climbing and mountaineering started when he was a boy and he has over 30 years experience in the mountains. Over the years Joe has climbed and walked the hills and mountains of the UK and Ireland, and enjoyed many trips abroad (including The Alps, The Dolomites, Yosemite National Park and China).
Joe is a highly experienced and professionally qualified mountaineer and a full member of the Mountain Training Association and the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI).
Joe is also a member of the Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team (Sefydliad Achub Mynydd Dyffryn Ogwen)and is trained to the highest level of first aid for the mountain environment.

Tracy’s passion for the outdoors spans over 20 years, during which she has explored and navigated diverse mountain environments both across the UK and overseas. While Chamonix holds a permanent, special place in her heart, her recent journeys through the High Tatra Mountains have quickly made the region another absolute favourite.
Tracy is a qualified Summer Mountain Leader and is currently working her way toward her Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor (MCI) qualification. Having navigated gaining outdoor qualifications later in life, she understands the unique hurdles and triumphs that has an impact. Tracy is passionate about offering guidance to anyone looking to pursue their own qualifications.
With a keen focus on leadership dynamics, safety, and group management, Tracy is dedicated to delivering supportive and aspirational mountain experiences.
